Satisfied and secure employees won’t leave, reducing your costs. Money may not be everything, but it is essential for a fulfilling life. Show your employees that you care.
Increased work productivity
Financial well-being leads to employee health and satisfaction, which positively reflects on work performance. However, well-being doesn’t end with a paycheck. Help your people learn to manage money.
Stronger corporate culture
Your interest in employees and assistance with their finances translates into greater loyalty, engagement, workplace environment, and company solidarity. Take care of your people.
"Colleagues were very satisfied with the presentation. They particularly liked the way information was conveyed, as it wasn’t a sales tactic for Finax products but genuinely foundational personal finance education. Some attended the presentation for a second time. I think everyone found something useful."

Frequently asked questions
The Financial Wellness program is an employee benefit, primarily a form of personal finance education that we actively bring directly into companies. In the future, we plan to expand this program with additional services to provide companies with as much added value as possible and to improve employees' financial health and well-being.
The goal of the training is to provide participants with basic personal finance information so they can manage their money better, understand their income and expenses, set financial goals, create a sufficient financial reserve, manage savings effectively, and build wealth for the future.
We have selected four main topics: Healthy Personal Finance Basics and Emergency Fund, Investing: The Foundation of Wealth Building, How to Secure a Decent Pension, and Good and Bad Debt.
The training is tailored to your preferences, either in-person at your company, online (e.g., MS Teams), or a combination of both.
Each session lasts approximately 45-60 minutes, with additional time for questions and discussion based on participant interaction. We encourage participants to ask as many questions as possible.
Ideally, workshops are held for at least 10 participants.
Yes, the training can be recorded and provided to you along with the presentation for colleagues who couldn’t attend.
